Returns

You may return your item/items within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused and the same condition you received it.

Due to sanitary issues, we are not able to accept returns
for opened or used product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If delivery is refused or returned to sender, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Unused products in their original packaging can be returned.

International Returns

International orders are calculated based on location and weight/size of package. Buyer is responsible for all taxes and import fees incurred with shipment. Buyer will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. All shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

If delivery is refused or returned to sender, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union may have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of placing their order, without giving a reason.

Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your withdrawal request. Our team will review the request and follow up with next steps.

If Your Order Has Not Shipped

If your withdrawal request is received before your order has shipped, we will cancel the eligible order and process the applicable refund.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped by the time we receive your withdrawal request, we may not be able to cancel the shipment. In this case, your request will be handled as a return request for eligible items.

Once your order arrives, you will be responsible for shipping the eligible item(s) back to us, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items should be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging where possible. Once the return is received and reviewed, we will process the applicable refund according to our return and withdrawal policy.

Important Notes

The 14-day withdrawal period applies to eligible EU orders. Certain products may be excluded from withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law, including items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened or unsealed.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
