Squishface Nose Balm relies on calming shea butter and oat kernel oil, which are naturally nourishing, anti-inflammatory oils that moisturize and strengthen the skin’s barrier. It’s made with a limited ingredient list with no fragrances, essential oils, or other common irritants so it’s super safe for any dog/dog breed. It’s the perfect dry nose remedy for your dog.

What Breeds Should Use Nose Balm?
Squishface Nose Balm can smooth the snout of any dog breed! Some dog breeds such as French Bulldogs, English Bulldogs, Pugs, German Shepherds, Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, Pugs are prone to issues related to nasal keratosis and can benefit from the soothing ingredients of our dog nose lotion!
How to Use?
Give the dog a small training treat before application so the dog positively associates this process with a reward.
Swipe the Nose Balm stick across the dog's nose 2-3 times to ensure the nose surface is evenly covered with Nose Balm and gently massage into the nose.
Give another small training treat to reinforce the positive association. For best results, repeat application 1-2 times per day until the condition improves. Recommended initial usage is once per day for a minimum of 5 days in a row.

Most in-stock items ship within 2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information when it has been dispatched. All orders within the Contiguous United States (Upper 48) are shipped for free. Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico have an additional charge.
We typically utilize USPS and UPS for shipping. This may change based on your location, especially for international orders.
If your package says it was delivered, first, check your mailbox! Squishface products are often shipped in padded envelopes that will fit in your mailbox. We love this because it's safer than leaving it at the door!

International Orders:
All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.
When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Ultimate Direction has no control over these charges, nor can Ultimate Direction predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
- Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
